I agree with you, Jim. We've been living on and sailing Penobscot Bay for over 15 years and still haven't run out of new places to sail to. Plus there are so many that places like Dix Island that we haven't been there in something like 10 years. The only place I've spent time sailing that feels as big as Penobscot Bay, is the Chesapeake.

We had friends and libations around the fire the night before haul out. It was brisk! Today,(Nov. 4) I hauled our 'other' boat and it was a balmy mid 60's day. Perfect day for a sail. That's coastal Maine.
