I consider it an experiment worth of, say, Practical Sailor and their bottom paint tests. Heh.

it stand sup well to the weather so far. Several months in the desert sun in Arizona, two months in Lake Havasu and the remainder under metal cover with some weather exposure on the sides in Oregon. I um, grazed the dock in Arizona, was able to fill/repair in the desert with WEST's repair kit of bits of resin, glass cloth, and paint from Home Depot.

When I had Passage, a scratch in the hard Awlgrip paint was a nightmare to touch up and expensive as hell. A repair on Jaunty of just the paint costs about eight bucks and some minor sanding. I like it so far.

If I was half a man, Charlie, I'd get him down to your neck of the woods for a trek.....but sadly, even with 8 oysters I've proven to be only 1/3 of a man at this time.
