Turning 50 in March and just had physical. Typical results- blood sugar up, cholesterol a little high, ect... The only reason it's not worse is that I exercise often but I need to fix the other side of the equation. Just watched Fork over Knives and its obviously startling. I have the same prejudices about starting a plant based diet "I could never...." But I need to get over that. I have a 4 year old and a 2 year old and if they are going to have an old dad at least I don't have to act like it. Would love to hear more from your experiences and tips on recipe ideas. Less learning curve the better so I can make it stick. Thanks for bringing it up and since you seem pretty passionate it would love to learn more.
