Moving the swivel up, isn't necessarily a cure -- if the halyard want to be twisted

Your picture looked to me like there wasn't the angle that the system needs.

I think that in light, you generally want your luff to be tensioned just enough so that the wrinkleout it taken out of the luff. In that situation, your halyard might be a couple inches or more eased vs. the "heavier" wind speed conditions.

When eased, the tendency to wrap the halyard will be greater.

Also, I routinely ease the halyard for the jib when I put the boat to "bed". I think that there is good that can happen if stretch the luff un-necessarily for extended periods.
