This little diesel sucks cooling water right out of the lake and pumps it through the block. It is not a closed system with anti-freeze and a heat exchanger. On that note though, Greg checked the intake and seems to think that there is no blockage. He said the engine does not seem to be any warmer now than when the alarm was quiet.
