Hey Steve, thanks for the update. Yes life does throw some curves. You my friend have a woman that loves you and a great cruising boat however I get that a flooded residence is a drag. We are renting by the month in San Carlos and the keel is still draining, no repair till it drys. Mid to upper 90's here, we are working and playing today we went to a program on Day of the Dead.
