bow with plastic sheeting and two side tape. Connect the vacuum pump to a hole in the plastic and start pumping. I saw that done in the USVI. They used sections of pvc pipe with a bunch of holes drilled in them to keep the plastic away from the hill but you just need it closes around the hole. They had a jar connected to the pump to capture the water so they knew when they were dry but I wouldn't think you wiuld have to be so sophisticated. Good luck. See ya soonish as well.
