Victoria yachts built both the 26 and 30' Paine designs.

The 26 was Tom's first boat and I suspect he couldn't afford an exclusive design at that point. I am pretty sure the Leigh 30 was his second design from Chuck Paine, also fairly early in his career. I note that Morris contracted their hulls until after 2000. Morris Yachts was basically a finisher until then.
