In short a 2.25 lb can for$16.99 equals 80-90 fresh eggs. Less in quantity unsealed can storage life 8-10 years.

I was able to buy it by the pound or by the 50 lb sack from a company in Tacoma, WA some years ago but their mix didn't work very well. It was made to coat the big Idaho and Oregon super spuds being made into French Fries for the various fastfood places.

Know someone in the local schools? One possible resource is their end of the school year already opened but not used can, The didn't use it have to lose it stuff.

In any case it's high protein along with beans so does high protein mean like beans it talks behind your back all day? ;D
