How to make vinegar. Chop o quarter up to 6-8 good size apples. Put in jar with lid skin and all. Add some water and a bit of yeast. Punch a couple small holes in the lid. Let ferment and it makes apple vinegar LOL more like Apple Jack I shouldn't wonder.
