Florida with two people aboard. My question wasn't could they, it was should they. Everyone knows someone who has done it and got away with it. I'm not saying that it's not do-able. I'm saying that if they do it and don't get away with it, no one should be surprised. IMHO, Sailing a boat like that to the South Pacific, well, it's a gene pool issue. There is a huge difference between a Cat-38 and a 40 year old Coronado 25. But that's just MHO.
