even in Argentina they've started down the slippery slope of feed lots to fatten up the beef. In 23 trips to Mendoza and environs over 10 years the quality of the beef has ever so slowly dropped. Still beats the hell out of anything here, but its not like the old days. (Now get the hell off my lawn!).

PS However, the wine in Mendoza has most definitely increased in overall quality (and price).
