Been there, want to go again

Little neighborhood restaurants around the Recolletta district (by the cemetery) had some great beef, salad and wine deals where a filling lunch cost under $5 per person. Stay away from the tourist joints right by the cemetery entrance and find the neighborhood places. Great salads, great beef and really cheap eats that are incomparable. We spend a few days at an 'Estancia' out on the Pampas. The traditional barbecue or 'asado' they made was just amazing. Still want to go to the wine making area of Mendoza area and the glaciers to the south. Chile sounds pretty great too. Cheers.
