I would talk with Al at IMIS. They are an insurance broker with significant experience with liveaboards and full time cruisers. I have no relationship other than a customer.

However FWIW if you are living aboard and have a loss and declared you are not, then the policy might be null and void as you misrepresented the use etc... This could be a big factor say if the loss was due to an electrical fire in the winter while you were running space heaters. So I would tread carefully on not being truthful.
