Hey PaulL, when you say you had overheating "under stress", at around what RPMs did this occur on your Volvo 2003?

Just trying to decide if I should do a heat exchanger flush, like you said you did with Permatex (certainly easier than, and preferable to taking off the whole exchanger and boiling it out!).

I'm overheating at relatively low RPM (1900-2000) --but when you say in your case "under stress", you mean at higher RPMs? Do you remember?
