Gentlemen;

What you you do regarding the bolts the attach the shaft and transmission flanges? On my shaft side there are 4 holes, not threaded. On my transmission side the holes are threaded. I have 4 10mm cap screws that I tighten to put the two together, bolts entering from the shaft side of course. I have never put any thread sealer of any kind on these bolts and have generally had to work hard to loosen them. But I am wondering if I should use a lock-tight type product. Not blue or one that will never let me loosen them, but something milder. Your thoughts and experiences please. Thank you in advance for your help.
