... think you need to change Marina's ... until some of the regulators come to their senses ... or at least the enforcers do ...

... heck the marina near the Museum is barely 4 years old ... they don't have a clue ... full of power-boaters, barely a mast in sight ... not sure why you'd even want to be there? ...

... fact is the City of Tacoma needs to stop the surface water run off in the 6' diameter pipes at the end of Foss Waterway as all the road grim/oil/etc... pours into the waterway with the slightest rain ...

... just don't clean your boat in the busy times .. keep an eye out for the kayaks and the Bayliner Taliban Crew ... end of issue for now ... unless you are a lawyer and a fervent boater ... and that is what its going to take (plus lots of time) to make some sense of the greening of Tacoma et el USA(EPA).
