Your marina is owned by same company as mine

I am in Delin Street Marina - full of sailboats - about a dozen live aboards.
Four (Dock Street, Delin, 16th St, Foss) of the five marinas on the Foss Waterway are owned/managed by Foss Waterway Management (Elliot Bay Marinas) and that is who is telling me the horror stories - what are they telling you?
