Asked them for reference to NO SOAP regulations - No RESPONSE 
In Response To: Puget Sound Keepers Alliance ()
I used their web site 'contact us' link to ask for a reference or citation of the rules, laws, regulations, code, etc. that prohibits the use of detergents or soaps by individual boaters. I asked them to tell me what state or federal authority prohibits the use of soap to wash boats. I have received no response to my inquiry.
