is to fit a permanent oil extract pump connected to a fitting that replaces the drain plug on the oil pan. It is probably hard and messy to fit but once in it will get a lot more of the old oil out. Most marine engines have some tilt to them - if your drain plug is on the lowpoint of the pan this is the best way to go, otherwise NEVERMIND.
