... we usually make a big batch, start with 4 conch. In the beginning, I chopped the conch, even finer than we would for a salad, that took forever. Then we tried grinding the conch with a very small, clamp on, old fashioned hand meat grinder. THAT took forever and was a big mess. It would probably work better with a larger grinder, the kind our mother's use to use. Now I'm thinking one of the small Cuisinart food processors, even the little ones draw 250 W, but yes, probably a short use time.
Any suggestions from the Admirals out there ?
