We just chopped up conch and used a breading mix

Dropped them in some oil and enjoyed. I forgot what breading mix we used but I understand you can use Bisquick. Adding bell pepper and onion is a plus.

It's not rocket science. A couple of cocktails make them even better.

I think I tried putting some corn meal into the batter once and liked it. Been a long time since I made them so it's a bit sketchy.
