they are the least troublesome, and easiest to fix of all the marine heads
We had one on our old boat for 9 years, living aboard abot 4 months/year
Current boat has Lavac too for 6 years, living aboard 6 months/year
Only weak spot is the plastic seat, whish is NOT messy to fix/replace.
