    • I've found that the actual charging rate for the Heart Inverter/Charges is much lower than the maximum rating;

      • I plugged a Standard Horizon VHF charge brick into a modified sine inverter and the brick failed
        • For small wall wart devices, a sine wave converter is the way to go...

            • I"ve had portable computers, Icom chargers, Dewalt drills, TV/VCR's, etc. without any problems on modified sine wave
            • My advice is to think 12V first...
