When we run the air conditioning on TD about half an hour after it starts you can hear water hitting the fan as it pulls it through the fins on the evaporator. Soon after we hear that, it starts spitting it out. We quite often see a good stream of vapor and droplets in the air. I've even had the plates freeze up stopping the air flow and had to shut it down for a while to let it thaw out.
We had a problem with the condensation pan a couple of years ago. The drain clogged and it filled up. We started sailing and when the boat healed, a quart of water poured over me onto the navigation station. It was an easy fix but to have a quart of water hit you on the back of your neck while in the nav. station was an interesting experience.
Non of the problems compares with the relief you get from the darn thing running.
