... I have. I just got off the phone with a gal named Leah. She was grouchy. I had a couple product questions, that required a bit of research, she didn't seem at all happy and was bothered by it. I had noticed the same thing in the past couple months, from whoever else I was talking to there. Very short ... not very nice. The order I was going to place was about $1000, not a huge deal, but significant enough. One of the things I wanted was a Raritan part in a different color, that Raritan told me the price was the same, no extra for the color I wanted. Leah told me I'd have to pay $50 extra if I changed the color, even though Raritan wasn't charging them anything extra. I was turned off, so I stopped my order and said I'd call back. I realize Defender has the best prices, and I guess they realize that too. So, I guess you have to put up with a little attitude from them ...
In the past, the sales people there always seemed more pleasant to deal with, for instance, like the folks at Jamestown Distributors who are great ... but, their prices not so great !
