I just shot a heads-up email to Stephan Lance about this

I know Stephan many years and am 100% certain this is not an attitude Defender's Management tries to encourage. He is an owner and Defender is a family-run business.

I have had many experiences when Defender had my back and went beyond the call of duty. The most recent is they took back year-old merchandise for a project I planned but never went ahead with. They didn't have to, and I appreciated it.

I'll wait for Stephan to speak for himself.
