Lake Champlain to the Keys - 5'7 draft - 63' mast - inside all the way until Ft. Lauderdale and then outside to the Keys in the Hawk Channel
no problem except the 2 groundings due to not paying attention - I did this by myself and it was quite easy once I decided not to fight any weather

you can avoid the overnight in the Jersey shore by going into Barnegat - very easy to do if you have the tide and it is daylight - safe, shallow and protected anchorage right by the CG station

Also if you overnight in Cape May you will not be able to cut through the canal unless you have steel balls and a lightening rod
