Don't spend the time to take it apart...It can't take you anywhere near two hours to disconnect the hoses and wiring and remove the whole toilet to take it to 'em for a warranty exchange.

Don't be too hard on Raritan. Failures except for those caused by owner neglect are VERY rare! They're one of the few mfrs who still makes things in their own plant here in the US...and they do stand behind what they make. That's why I'm so high their products.
