I've recently cleaned out the boat. Among the things that had accumulated were all the old flares we purchased over the years. We've got quite a number of them ranging from 12 gauge on up to SOLAS rocket flares and smoke canisters. I don't want to store them and it's illegal to shoot them off. You can't donate them to the Coast Guard Auxiliary. You can't throw them in the garbage and it' to damn much trouble to drive 25 miles and pay to have them disposed of.

I've got a couple of ideas on what I would feel comfortable doing do but what are the thoughts out there?
