My solar vent works rather well...

Not sure of the brand. But when I climb aboard on a sunny day, that thing is "going to town." Sure keeps the boat smelling fresh.
I am thinking about having a full cover built, and one thing I am going to do is ensure that the solar vent gets sun exposure.

- I remember the same problem. There's a lot to be said for cowl vents and dorade boxes.
