Sometimes -- Cowls in heavy winds, rain, and/or seas provide enormous amount so water too ;^)
In Response To: I remember the same problem. There's a lot to be said for cowl vents and dorade boxes. ()
We turn our forward ones aft in really heavy wind driven rain or in really messy seaways.
