We were in Somesville when hurricane Bob was approaching. We called about a mooring in Northeast Harbor but all the folks who own them were bringing their boats in from the islands or wherever they were. The mooring agent and harbormaster were kicking the transients off the rentals so the owners could have them. It was a real zoo. Somesville was packed with anchored boats. We found a mooring for out P-26 set another anchor and arranged a ride home. Fortunately the MDI area only saw 35 knots or so. We were much harder hit in the southern part of the state.
