It is blowing 1 - 5 knots now. All the buoys around us are reporting 30 to 40. We got only 36 sustained in this protected location, max gust recorded was 39. The water was within a foot of the top of the wharf at the 11:00 high tide. I am expected to get some wind on the back side of this thing as it clears out to the north. Snapped this picture a few minutes ago off the satellite weather display. Scary, huh?
