Yeah, I couldn't help but notice.

Seeing that boat on the beach and knowing the make somehow struck me as appropriate in a backhanded way.

Watch what you say about Florida boats. It's getting close to home. Of course, our STEM probably has as much fiberglass as that entire vessel.

On a different subject. When I checked out the engine room in Brunswick I found that both nuts (stacked) on the starboard forward engine mount had worked themselves off the shaft and were sitting in the bilge making that mount useless for holding the engine down. That means that the engine only had the rear mount holding it down on the windward side. I wonder how high the engine was raising when the boat hit a swell on the starboard side and jerked over. Then again,, it hardly sailed heading north. Lucky I think.
