() obviously this situation was well and truly FUBAR. From your link it sounds like this dude has got some real issues.
I read that he "threw a second anchor" over the side so who know which anchor actually did the sawing and whether or not it was poor design that contributed.
It sounds to me like this guy would've trashed ANY boat he was on.
