Yeah places like BI and MV are real dangerous

Seriously - We were told by the Edgartown harbor kid (college kid wearing "harbormaster" T-shirt and driving a boat fitted with blue lights) that we should lock our dinghy. Lots of thefts by drunks who leave the bar too late to catch the ferry -- mostly left on the beach but sometimes they don't secure them and they drift out to sea.
