It's one of the prettiest harbors. If you grab a mooring at the Coecles Harbor Marina they'll drive you to any restaurant on the island as a courtesy. They have all the menus in the marina office. Lots of pretty boats kept at that marina -- they build the Shelter Island Runabout (Billy Joel's boat) and maintain many other yachts to a "show standard".

Watch your depths and stay in the channel. Enter on a rising tide or high tide.
