() nice picture......Onset to PTown (sail) and PTown to just north of Portland motoring (Falmouth Foreside?) - left PTown in the afternoon, went with a buddy boat (long time cruising friends on a cat). The admirals did the graveyard...talked to each other on CH68...it was my wife's first night "offshore", and it was uneventful. I left my boat for the winter in wells and then did the return form Wells to Isle of Shoals and then Iof S to Plymouth and Plymouth to Hadley Harbor - I actually liked that better, even though I don't think highly of Plymouth and it is a long slog.
No advice, but by bringing my boat south last year, I missed sailing NE this summer. I am sure that will be long forgotten on 11/1 when I hop on the boat (in the Keys).
