The chart looks a little scary, but maybe you could pick your way through in benign conditions. I am probably too chicken/careful to do that, but you could go around Prissy Wicks and then pick your way through Overfalls Shoal. That looks less scary, except that there has been a hurricane, flood (just this year), and who knows what else since the soundings were made decades ago. Anybody chanced it since Irene?

Maybe I will just go around to the ship channel....
