They were not in the cabin (thank God) but had decided to nest in one of the rope bags right at the companion way. Took several dousings with the dock hose to get them out of there, but they kept coming back. I finally took the boat off the dock and went sailing.

As soon as I got back to the dock, the bees started to arrive again. I went out and got some flying insect spray and saturated the rope bag. Bees continued to show up randomly for the next couple of days... went right for the rope bag. I understand they have some sort of "homing mechanism," a little bee GPS no doubt that kept returning them to "home."
