Ground fault question, or other issue? 
My shorepower AC panel has built-in GFCI. When I plug in any AC load the square green indicator light on the panel goes off and the breaker trips. If I reset the panel I can measure 120VAC using a multimeter. It only trips when there is a load.
Am I looking for a ground fault or something else? If ground fault, how does one test for and trace the issue?

- Thanks. Between your feedback and Al's I have the clues to look for
- Just went to the boat and checked - both circuits blow the breaker
- Master breaker (RCD) replaced with identical unit
- More measurements taken today
