First, assume the GFCI is OK.

Test with only one circuit hot at a time. When you find the circuit that's tripping, then shut down that circuit and test with an ohm meter. You're looking for a resistance to ground of about 30K ohm or less to trip the GFCI. On the subs, they get leery if the resistance to ground is anything less than a MegOhm.
