Master breaker (RCD) replaced with identical unit

() I ordered a replacement from eBay UK and installed it today -- it behaves the same as the original one at left in the photo. So now I assume the master GFCI is good.
Ran out of time today. Going to check resistance measurements between leads tomorrow or Sunday starting at the shore power cord and outlet adapter pigtail.

- Just went to the boat and checked - both circuits blow the breaker
