OK, sure, but did it lead to the the loss mentioned here?

() And frankly I do agree with you... my experience with in-mast furlers is that they are too finicky to be used on any blue water passage. In boom furlers are a better way to go... except for the giant boom that they require. At least with an in-boom furler, you can still bring down the main by hand.

- I read somewhere that they reported autopilot issues and furling problems with the main -- If I remember correctly
