and as a fairly new boat owner, I will keep exploring what the boat does and how I best use that.

I had not really understood what the situation was until I did this... I thought I had more prop walk than I did, but the "prop walk" kept switching sides... So I was thinking "oh I just remembered it wrong."

The reality is the boat just keeps moving in the direction it is already going... now I just need to work on getting it pointed, in reverse, in the right direction first. (engage steering, then apply power)

Oh and BTW, never hurts to get out there first thing in the AM and just play with the boat. GRIN!
