Not bright white, but an ivory color. And yes, the oxidized hull issue is what I am trying to keep from being a major problem.

"a lot of labor" is not the path I want to take. Regular washing of course is not a big deal, but I'd be quite happy if waxing was done not more than twice a year or less.
