I have waxed the non skid....

... areas on our Sabre from the day it was new! You should see the looks I get when people see what I am doing, not to mention the dire warnings of doom. All I can say is that the decks still look new and I do not find it at all slippery. This after 7 seasons in New England and three trips to Bermuda and back. I use Collenite exclusively for the entire boat and I couldn't be happier with the protection. The real trick with fiberglass is to never let it deteriorate in the first place. Keep the surface protected and it will last a very long time. Believe me surface restoration is much more costly than good simple, if dull maintenance. I have done it both ways and I aim to keep this one waxed!
