Avon (not a Winslow), it's been repacked 12 times -- no problems with the water or anything else.

We have it in a hard case, I don't know if yours in in a soft case -- that's tougher on the raft, etc.

We leave it on deck, usually under a cover.

There are four packs of the water from the last repack which we keep in our freezer as "cold packs" for bruises. They've been thawed and refrozen a bunch of times. Never had a leak in them.
