() There is no shortage (albeit it will run out some day). The high prices are due to demand on a world market. In America right now we are paying what the rest of the world is willing to pay.
Exxon et. al. are making record profits and "drill baby drill" won't result in any change.
Look on the bright side... the breeze is free, and you are a sailor.
